Located at the southern tip of the Champagne region, where its 23 “Contrées” (vineyard plots) reflect distinct soils, exposures and slopes, Domain Alexandre Bonnet adopts a Burgundian approach, vinifying each parcel separately, relying on intuition, minimal intervention, and full malolactic fermentation.
Founded on vines planted by Lucien Noble in 1934 and later developed by the Bonnet family, the estate now spans about 47 hectares (≈29 plots) and has been HVE-certified (high environmental value) since 2015.
