A multitude of fine bubbles forms a cordon of enduring creamy mousse. Golden blond hue with perfect brilliance. Initial elegant and expressive nose with citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit and fresh fruit (peach, apricot). When swirled, a floral note comes through with a hint of mango and soft spices on the finish. tangerine citrus and candied fruit notes come out.
Lively palate. Full bodied with a long and creamy finish, and citrus notes providing long lasting freshness. Source: Sébastien Boever, Consulting oenologist, Laboratory O2C |
