How do you choose your champagnes?

Our champagnes are personally selected by ourselves, and by the oenologists we work with. The wine makers we work with are located directly in the vineyards of the Champagne area in France, optimizing their awareness of what is noteworthy year after year.

How do you store your champagnes?

Our champagnes are stored in ideal conditions in our warehouse in Singapore or directly in the grower’s cellars. They arrive in Asia by boxes and are left in their original cases so as to manipulate the wine to the minimum and leave it to rest and age in our warehouse.

What is the best way to get in touch with you?

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You will periodically receive an update from us. Should you decide to remove your name from our list of recipients, simply click “unsubscribe” at the foot of the email you received.

Placing an order

What are my payment options?

Our customers typically choose to pay online by direct bank transfer or PayNow and with one of the common credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express for our scheduled events. We are a cashless company.

Can I order by phone?

You can place an order without creating an account, however we strongly recommend to create one with SimplyChampagne. Your account details and order history will be available each time you log into your account. The account history will save you time and assist you when you place a new order.

When are orders charged? Can you hold my order without payment?

Orders are charged when you receive your invoice. Whether you choose to use the direct bank transfer payment option or PayNow, payment is due upon reception of your invoice. Your order cannot be held without payment and within the payment conditions mentioned here. Orders are processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment in our accounts.

Using our website

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by writing to us using our contact form. We will process your cancellation at our earliest endeavours.

There is a broken bottle in my delivery. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a broken bottle, just let us know and we will happily replace it.

Can I return my order?

Orders can be returned at the customer’s expense.

What if my delivery seems to be missing a bottle or includes the wrong champagne?

When we prepare orders, this part of our process is very carefully managed. However, in the unlikely event that your order is missing a bottle or includes the wrong champagne, do let us know through our contact form or by simply calling us, and we will process your claim as soon as possible.

Coordinating delivery or pickup of your Champagne

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Singapore.

If I place an order today, when will it be delivered or ready for pick up?

Pick up is available after payment within 24 hours of placing your order and from when pick up time has been arranged with SimplyChampagne. Online orders, can be delivered within five days of placing the order at the latest.

I’ve got a really important wine tasting coming up. Can you rush my order?

If your order needs to be rushed for any reason, we will endeavour to get your champagne order to you to the best of our abilities. This will come with an extra cost for same day delivery due to the transporter partner we use.

How long am I able to hold champagne at your location before it must ship out or be picked up?

Your champagne can be kept in our warehouse for up to 5 days before it is picked up.

But what happens in no one is available to receive my delivery?

In case you live in a building with a concierge service, your order will be left with the concierge. If you have no concierge service or live in a house, our transporter or SimplyChampagne will call to arrange for an alternative time. It is key to have a mobile number for the transporter to reach you at time of delivery so that an alternate delivery handover person or time can be found promptly.

What is required to pick up an order, and can I send someone else to pick up my order?

Anyone can pick up your order, as long as they have an electronic confirmation of your order with them. If payment is due upon pick up, then the person picking up your order should have the amount due with them to settle the order.

What do your delivery rates cover?

Our flat charge delivery rate of S$20 covers transportation of orders of up to a value of S$350 to your specified delivery address. Any order above S$350 are delivered free of charge.
